  "text": "(1) The Family Law Act 1996 is amended as follows.\n(2) In section 31(10)—\n(a) for “Land Registration Act 1925” there is substituted “ Land Registration Act 2002 ”, and\n(b) for paragraph (b) there is substituted—\n“(b) a spouse’s matrimonial home rights are not to be capable of falling within paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 or 3 to that Act.”\n(3) In Schedule 4, in paragraph 4(6), for “section 144 of the Land Registration Act 1925” there is substituted “ by land registration rules under the Land Registration Act 2002 ”.",
