  "text": "(1) There is to continue to be a register of title kept by the registrar.\n(2) Rules may make provision about how the register is to be kept and may, in particular, make provision about—\n(a) the information to be included in the register,\n(b) the form in which information included in the register is to be kept, and\n(c) the arrangement of that information.",
