  "text": "(1) The registrar may require a person to produce a document for the purposes of proceedings before him.\n(2) The power under subsection (1) is subject to rules.\n(3) A requirement under subsection (1) shall be enforceable as an order of the court.\n(4) A person aggrieved by a requirement under subsection (1) may appeal to the county court, which may make any order which appears appropriate.",
