Article 17 Amendments to Schedule 1 to the principal rules

In Schedule 1 to the principal rules—

(a)

for Form AN1 there shall be substituted Form AN1 in Schedule 3 to these rules,

(b)

after Form HC1 there shall be inserted Forms HR1, HR2 and HR3 in Schedule 3 to these rules,

(c)

Forms MH1, MH2 and MH3 shall be deleted, and

(d)

for Form UN1 there shall be substituted Form UN1 in Schedule 3 to these rules.
