  "text": "LAND REGISTRATION, ENGLAND AND WALES\nMade 18th July 2005\nLaid before Parliament 20th July 2005\nComing into force in accordance with rule 2\nThe Lord Chancellor, with the advice and assistance of the Rule Committee appointed in pursuance of section 127 of the Land Registration Act 2002, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 1(2), 25(1), 34(2), 70, 126, 127(1) and 128 of, and paragraphs 6 and 8 of Schedule 10 to, that Act and section 32 of, and paragraph 4(4) of Schedule 4 to, the Family Law Act 1996, hereby makes the following rules:",
