# The Land Registration (Amendment) Rules 2008, Article 2: Commencement


(1) Subject to paragraph (2), these rules shall come into force on 10 November 2008.
(2) Paragraph 40 of Schedule 1 (new rule 111) shall come into force on the day that section 869 of the Companies Act 2006 comes into force.
