# The Land Registration (Amendment) Rules 2008, Article 6: Provision consequential upon revocation of rule 8(1)(i)


The registrar need not retain in the register any entry made under rule 8(1)(i) (name of the first proprietor of a registered estate with possessory title) or an equivalent entry made under the Land Registration Act 1925.
