Paragraph 19 New rule 68

For rule 68 substitute—

“Additional provision as to implied covenants

68.

A document effecting a registrable disposition of leasehold land which limits or extends a covenant implied under section 4(1)(b) of the Law of Property (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1994^f1 must do so by express reference to that section.”.
