Paragraph 53 Amendment to rule 175

For rule 175(2)(b) substitute—

“(b)

one of the following, as appropriate—

(i)

a sealed copy of the scheme of the Church Commissioners,

(ii)

a copy of the London Gazette publishing the instrument, or

(iii)

the transfer.”.
