# The Land Registration (Amendment) Rules 2008, Paragraph 55: Amendments to rule 182


In rule 182—
(a) in paragraph (1), for “(4)” substitute “(2)”,
(b) omit paragraphs (2) and (3), and
(c) paragraph (4) is renumbered as paragraph (2).
