# The Land Registration (Amendment) Rules 2008, Paragraph 66: Amendments to rule 203


In rule 203(4), after “declaration,” insert “statement of truth,” and after “charge” insert “, a certificate relating to stamp duty land tax as required by section 79 of the Finance Act 2003,”.
