Paragraph 8 Amendments to rule 27

In the heading to rule 27, after “application” insert “based on adverse possession or” and after “are” insert “otherwise”.

Rule 27 is renumbered as paragraph (1) of that rule.

After paragraph (1) as so renumbered, add—

“(2)

The evidence referred to in paragraph (1) may consist of, or include, a statement of truth, which may be made in Form ST1, ST2 or ST3, as appropriate.”.
