# The Land Registration (Amendment) Rules 2022, Rule 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Rules may be cited as the Land Registration (Amendment) Rules 2022 and come into force on the day section 3 of the Economic Crime (Transparency and Enforcement) Act 2022 comes into force.
(2) These Rules extend to England and Wales.
