  "text": "(This note is not part of the Rules.)\nThese Rules amend the rules governing the procedure of the Land Registry, the Land Registration Rules (Northern Ireland) 1994 (S.R. 1994 No. 424) (“the Land Registration Rules”) to give effect to Article 42(4)(h) to (j) of the Property (Northern Ireland) Order 1997 (S.I. 1997/1174 (N.I. 8)), which contains provisions for the determination of disputes by the Registrar of Titles.\nThe rules also amend the Land Registration Rules to facilitate the introduction of computerised registration and to simplify applications for first registration of title and applications relating to registered land.",
