# Land Registration (Amendment) Rules (Northern Ireland) 2000, Paragraph 12


In rule 115(4) (application for registration of title to registered land acquired by possession), for the words “shall be accompanied by the evidence necessary to prove the jurisdiction of the County Court to decide the application” substitute “shall identify the relevant division and address of the County Court which has jurisdiction to decide the matter”.
