# Land Registration (Amendment) Rules (Northern Ireland) 2000, Paragraph 16


In rule 124 (separate certificates in certain cases)—
(i) in paragraph (1), omit “not being tenants in common”;
(ii) omit paragraphs (2) and (3); and
(iii) in paragraph (4), for the words “have been issued under paragraph (2)” substitute “are in existence”.
