# Land Registration (Amendment) Rules (Northern Ireland) 2000, Paragraph 22


In rule 179 (documents to be retained in the Registry)—
(i) for the word “shall” substitute “may”; and
(ii) after “on behalf of the Registrar and”, insert the words “where a document has been so retained it”.
