# Land Registration (Amendment) Rules (Northern Ireland) 2000, Paragraph 9


In rule 30 (identification of part of registered land) omit “then unless that part is clearly identified on the registry map and may be identified thereon from a verbal description in the document, or is otherwise clearly identified”.
