# Land Registration (Amendment) Rules (Northern Ireland) 2007, Introduction: Introductory text


LAND REGISTRATION
Made 9th January 2007
Coming into operation 1st April 2007
The Department of Finance and Personnel, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 85 of the Land Registration Act (Northern Ireland) 1970 and now vested in it and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, with the advice and assistance of the Land Registry Rules Committee, hereby makes the following Rules:
