  "text": "In rule 1 of the principal rules the following paragraphs shall be inserted after paragraph (5C):\n“(5D) “Charity” and “charity trustees” have the same meaning as in sections 45(1) and 46 of the Charities Act 1960 respectively.\n(5E) “the official custodian” means the official custodian for charities.\n(5F) “Exempt charity” has the same meaning as in section 45(1) of the Charities Act 1960.”",
