Article 3 Delivery of applications at the proper office
No application shall be duly delivered until it is delivered at the proper office, namely:—
(a)
where an application relates to land wholly within a district, the district registry for that district;
(b)
where an application relates to land in two or more districts, any one of the district registries for those districts.
