  "heading": "Title, commencement and interpretation",
  "text": "(1) This Order, which supersedes the Land Registration (District Registries) Order 1995, may be cited as the Land Registration (District Registries) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 1st September 1997.\n(2) In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires:\n“district land registry” means a district registry of the Land Registry within the meaning of section 132 of the Land Registration Act 1925;\n“the Schedule” means the Schedule to this Order.",
