# Land Registration etc. (Scotland) Act 2012, Section 46: Meaning of “disposition” in certain provisions


In the application of sections 21, 23, 30 and 48 and schedule 1A to a case in which transfer of ownership is by virtue of compulsory acquisition, any reference in those sections or that schedule to a “disposition” includes a reference to—
(a) a conveyance the form of which is provided for by an enactment,
(b) a notarial instrument, or
(c) a general vesting declaration.
