  "text": "(1) Part 2 of Schedule 3 is amended as follows.\n(2) After paragraph (1)(c), there is inserted—\n“\n(ca) for the register and title plan of a commonhold common parts title\n£2\n”\n(3) After paragraph (2)(c), there is inserted—\n“\n(ca) for the register and title plan of a commonhold common parts title\n£4\n”\n(4) After paragraph (3)(b) there is inserted—\n“\n(c) for each commonhold common parts register and title plan:\n(i) where an official copy in electronic form is requested from a remote terminal by virtue of a notice under rule 132…\n£2\n(ii) where an official copy in paper form is requested by any other permitted means…\n£4\n”",
