LAND REGISTRATION, ENGLAND AND WALES
Made 20th July 2004
Laid before Parliament 22nd July 2004
Coming into force in accordance with article 1(1)
The Lord Chancellor, with the advice and assistance of the Rule Committee appointed in pursuance of section 127 of the Land Registration Act 2002, and with the consent of the Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 102 of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:
