# The Land Registration Fee Order 1988, Article 7: Fixed fees


(1) The fees for the applications and services specified in Schedule 3 shall be those set out in that Schedule.
(2) The Registrar may, if he thinks fit, waive or remit any fee or part of a fee or any category of fee payable under this article.
