# The Land Registration Fee Order 1990, Article 8: Abatements and exemptions


(1) The abatements set out in Part I of Schedule 4 shall apply in respect of the applications therein mentioned.
(2) No fee shall be payable in respect of any of the applications and services specified in Part II of Schedule 4.
