  "heading": "Fixed fees",
  "text": "(1) Subject to paragraph (2) and to article 10, the fees for the applications and services specified in Schedule 3 shall be those set out in that Schedule.\n(2) The fee for an application under rule 140 shall be the aggregate of the fees payable for the services provided, save that the maximum fee for any one application shall be £200.",
