  "text": "LAND REGISTRATION, ENGLAND AND WALES\nMade 15th May 2006\nLaid before Parliament 15th May 2006\nComing into force 7th August 2006\nThe Lord Chancellor makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 102 and 128(1) of the Land Registration Act 2002.\nIn accordance with section 102 of that Act, he has received the advice and assistance of the Rule Committee, appointed under section 127 of that Act.\nAlso in accordance with section 102 of that Act, the Treasury has consented to the making of this Order.",
