  "heading": "APPLICATIONS – INSPECTION AND COPYING",
  "text": "(1) For inspection by electronic means:\n(a) of an individual register\n£7\n(b) of a title plan\n£7\n(c) of a document referred to in an individual register or kept by the registrar which relates to an application to the registrar\n£7\n(d) of the individual register and title plan of a commonhold common parts title – for each registered title\n£7\n(e) of an individual caution register\n£7\n(f) of a caution plan\n£7\n(2) For inspection by other permitted means:\n(a) of an individual register\n£11\n(b) of a title plan\n£11\n(c) of a document referred to in an individual register or kept by the registrar which relates to an application to the registrar\n£11\n(d) of the individual register and title plan of a commonhold common parts title – for each registered title\n£11\n(e) of an individual caution register\n£11\n(f) of a caution plan\n£11\n(3) For an official copy in respect of a registered title:\n(a) for each individual register\n(i) where the application is by electronic means\n£7\n(ii) where the application is by other permitted means\n£11\n(b) for each title plan\n(i) where the application is by electronic means\n£7\n(ii) where the application is by other permitted means\n£11\n(c) for each commonhold common parts individual register and title plan\n(i) where the application is by electronic means\n£7\n(ii) where the application is by other permitted means\n£11\n(4) For an official copy in respect of the cautions register\n(a) for each individual caution register\n(i) where the application is by electronic means\n£7\n(ii) where the application is by other permitted means\n£11\n(b) for each caution plan\n(i) where the application is by electronic means\n£7\n(ii) where the application is by other permitted means\n£11\n(5) For an official copy of a document referred to in an individual register or kept by the registrar which relates to an application to the registrar – for each document\n(a) where the application is by electronic means\n£7\n(b) where the application is by other permitted means\n£11\n(6) For a copy of an historical edition:\n(a) of an individual register, for each edition\n(i) where the application is by electronic means\n£7\n(ii) where the application is by other permitted means\n£11\n(b) of a title plan, for each edition\n(i) where the application is by electronic means\n£7\n(ii) where the application is by other permitted means\n£11",
