# The Land Registration (Hearings Procedure) Rules 2000, Article 19: Time


(1) The Registrar may vary the time limit set by any order or direction he has made or given and may change the date appointed for a hearing or for any other purpose.
(2) Where the last day to do any act falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the act shall be in time if done on the next following day which is not a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday.
