  "text": "The statement required by section 34(10) of the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 to be inserted into any conveyance executed for the purposes of Chapter I of Part I of that Act shall be in the following form:\n“This conveyance [or transfer] is executed for the purposes of Chapter I of Part I of the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993.”",
