  "text": "The statement required by section 57(11) of the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 to be inserted into any new lease granted under section 56 of that Act shall be in the following form:\n“This lease is granted under section 56 of the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993.”",
