  "text": "(1) The definitions of “proper office” in rule 1(2) of the Land Registration (Open Register) Rules 1991 and rule 2(1) of the Land Registration (Official Searches) Rules 1993 are revoked.\n(2) The following is substituted for the definition of “proper office” in rule 2(1) of the Land Registration (Matrimonial Homes) Rules 1990:\n““proper office” has the meaning given to it by rule 1(5A) of the Land Registration Rules 1925.”",
