# The Land Registration (No. 3) Rules 2000, Article 4: Amendments to the matrimonial home rights rules


(1) The matrimonial home rights rules have effect subject to the amendments in Schedule 5 to these rules.
(2) Forms MH1, MH2 and MH3 set out in Schedule 6 to these rules are substituted for the forms so numbered in Schedule 1 to the matrimonial home rights rules.
