# The Land Registration (No. 3) Rules 2000, Paragraph 5


In rule 9—
(a) substitute for paragraph (3)—
“(3) Where the application is made on Form 94C under paragraph (2)(a), unless the registrar otherwise allows, the accompanying plan shall be delivered in duplicate.”
(b) delete paragraph (4).
