# The Land Registration (Proper Office) (Amendment) Order 2005, Article 2: Amendment of the Land Registration (Proper Office) Order 2003


(1) The Land Registration (Proper Office) Order 2003 is amended as follows.
(2) In article 2(2), after “Executives” in (c) of the definition of “conveyancer” there is inserted “, or (d) a duly certificated notary public”.
