  "text": "(1) Paragraph (2) of rule 83 of the principal rules shall be renumbered (3).\n(2) The following paragraph shall be inserted after paragraph (1) of rule 83 of the principal rules as follows:–\n“(2) If under this rule an application would otherwise be required to be delivered to two or more proper offices it may be delivered to any one of those proper offices and if so delivered shall be treated as duly delivered to all of those proper offices.”",
