# The Land Registration Rules 1996, Paragraph 21


After Form 11 in the Schedule insert the following forms—
“FORM 11A
RESTRICTION PROTECTING CERTAIN RIGHTS OF BENEFICIARIES UNDER A TRUST OF LAND (RULES 59A, 106A AND 236)
FORM 11B
RESTRICTION PROTECTING CERTAIN RIGHTS OF PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE DUE ADMINISTRATION OF AN ESTATE (RULES 169A AND 236)”
