# The Land Registration Rules 1996, Paragraph 28


For Forms 75 and 76 in the Schedule substitute the following forms—
“FORM 75
APPLICATION TO REGISTER A RESTRICTION UNDER SECTION 58 OF THE ACT (RULE 235)
FORM 76
APPLICATION BY BENEFICIARY, ETC., TO REGISTER A RESTRICTION UNDER SECTION 58 OF THE ACT (RULE 236)”
