The Lord Chancellor, with the advice and assistance of the Rule Committee appointed in pursuance of section 144 of the Land Registration Act 1925^f1, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 13, 18, 21, 33, 41, 53, 87, 90, 94, 99, 123A^f2 and 144 of that Act and sections 37 and 39 of the Charities Act 1993^f3 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following rules:
