Paragraph 22

For rule 86(3) substitute—

“(3)

For the purpose of ascertaining the time of its redelivery, the dealing shall be treated as if it were an application within the meaning of rule 83.

(4)

The dealing shall be registered as of the day on which it is deemed by rule 85 and this rule to have been redelivered.”
