  "text": "For rule 114 substitute—\n“Sale by chargee\n114 (1) A transfer of the whole of the land in one or more registered titles, or in one or more prior dispositions made under section 37 of the Act, or both, and no other registered land, in exercise of a power of sale conferred by a registered charge shall be made by an instrument in Form TR2.\n(2) Subject to paragraph (1), a transfer of registered land in exercise of a power of sale conferred by a registered charge shall be made by an instrument in Form 31.”",
