Paragraph 32

For rule 139(2) and (3) substitute—

“(2)

When a charge on registered land is lodged for registration a certified copy of the instrument of charge shall be delivered with it.

(3)

The obligation imposed by paragraph (2) extends to any incorporated document.”.
