# The Land Registration Rules 1999, Paragraph 10


For rule 112(1) substitute–
“(1) This rule applies to transfers, without the land, of
(a) the mines and minerals,
(b) certain specified mines and minerals, or
(c) the mines and minerals, but excepting certain specified mines and minerals.”
