# The Land Registration Rules 1999, Paragraph 12


In rule 136–
(a) in paragraph (1), for “in Form TR1, or in Form 20, as the case may require” substitute “in one of the forms prescribed by rule 98”; and
(b) in paragraph (2) omit “Where the transfer is in Form TR1”.
