Article 3 Amendments to the matrimonial home rights rules

The matrimonial home rights rules have effect subject to the amendments in Schedule 2 to these rules.

(2)

Forms MH1 and MH2 set out in Schedule 3 to these rules are substituted for the forms so numbered in Schedule 1 to the matrimonial home rights rules.
