In rule 236—

(a)

Insert “Subject to rule 85B,” at the beginning of paragraph (5).

(b)

Add the following paragraph at the end—

“(6)

In the case of an application for a restriction delivered by electronic means in accordance with rule 85B, the Registrar may accept as supporting evidence a certificate given by a solicitor that the solicitor holds the originals of the documents which would have accompanied the Form 76.”
