In rule 259—

(a)

in the heading, add after the words “Registration of companies” the words “and limited liability partnerships”;

(b)

after paragraph (3), add the following paragraph—

“(4)

Where application is made for registration of a limited liability partnership incorporated under the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2000 as proprietor of land or of a charge, the application shall state the limited liability partnership’s registered number.”
