  "heading": "Notice under paragraph 3(2) of Schedule 6 to the Act",
  "text": "(1) A notice to the registrar under paragraph 3(2) of Schedule 6 to the Act from a person given a registrar's notice must be—\n(a) in Form NAP, and\n(b) given to the registrar in the manner and at the address stated in the registrar's notice.\n(2) Form NAP must accompany a registrar's notice.\n(3) In this rule a “registrar's notice“ is a notice given by the registrar under paragraph 2 of Schedule 6 to the Act.",
